We Found Love In A Hopeless Place

I'm currently sitting in the middle of my Economy & Society class, trying my best to pay attention to the lecturer as she explains the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917 - how it influenced the world's views on capitalism & socialism, which ultimately led to the rise of a planned economy in China, North Korea and the Soviet Union - but my eye keeps trailing towards the video above, and I'm completely entranced. How I wish I could be as talented, or even the slightest bit inspired as the artist. It's been increasingly hard to find inspiration to draw, and I miss how my hand used to so simply ease across a blank sheet of paper with nothing but a sharp pencil, and in fifteen minutes fill the entire space with an actual portait, not just a mass of scribbles & broken phrases the way it would be if I were to even attempt it now. In a way, I've come to terms with not being able to draw as well as before, because I'm starting to pin my focus unto writing, which has allowed me to pen my frustrations down much more eloquently than thoughtless chicken scratch.
